→Not only is it used for celebrations but it is used for HELP ME signals or as people say “SOS”. there is a red flare that people “FIRE” into the air if they are in trouble

→They should because that is the whole point of Guy Fawkes and boxing Day. The whole point of both of those holidays are fireworks so obviously people should be allowed to set fireworks off.
