How to make samosas

Instructions: Add 2 cups of flour (250 g) to the bowl Add ½ tsp of salt into the same bowl Begin mixing the bowl Add ¼ cup of oil or melted ghee. (60ml) Mix until incorporated Rub the flour with the oil with your hands until it looks like crumbs Add ¼ cup of water slowly into the bowl Mix with hands Knead to firm dough Cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes Peel, boil and chop 3 potatoes roughly 2 tsp of oil in pan Add 1 ts of cumin seeds to the pan Also add crushed coriander seed to the pan Add ½ tsp of garam marsala to the pan Add 1 tsp of chili powder Add 1 tsp of turmeric Cook and mix for 30 to 60 seconds Finely chop 1 green chili Add 2-3 crushed cloves of garlic into the pan Add 1 tsp of crushed ginger into the pan Add your chopped green chili in Cook and mix for 1 minutes Add 1 chopped onion Saute for 3 to 4 minutes Add the chopped potatoes to the pan Add one cup of peas into the pan Add one tsp of lemon juice Add ¼ of water into the pan Add 1 tsp of salt to the pan Cook for 4-5 minutes and stir frequently Add ¼ crushed cashews into the pan Add 2 tsp of chopped coriander leaves into the pan Mix for a while Allow it to cool down by taking it off the stove Divided the dough into 6 7 equal slices Shape the dough into balls While rolling the ball cover the leftover dough Roll out the ball into an oval 6 inches long (15cm) and 4 inches wide (10cm) Cut in half and brush with water Form a cone with it Fill the samosa (Cone dough) with the potato filling Brush the edges with water and pinch them until it is sealed Repeat with all off the leftover dough Drop 4-5 samosa at a time into a hot boiling oil pot Fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown Dry on paper towel then bon appetit begin to eat.
