→ The sons of Ma’afu. Ma’afulele and Ma’afutoka were the chief's sons but there was one problem: They were a bit dangerous. They threw spears everywhere one day the chief was doing something outside everyone was watching him then one of the brothers nearly threw a spear at him but it dodged him. The people of the village screamed “you nearly killed our chief!” then they said “ they must be punished “ the chief loved them very much but he had no choice. He sent them to Ātavahea to retrieve water so that is what they did. They got the water but at that moment a gigantic menacing duck attacked them but they threw spears at it and killed the deadly duck. They returned to the village with a giant duck to make an emu and water but the village people wanted them to be punished even more so they sent them to Muihātafa at the waterhole where another menacing giant a triggerfish attacked them.  They attacked it took them quite a while for them to defeat it. They brought it back but by the time they got there it was decided they were to be banished. The chief said “ im sorry my sons but we decided to banish you” but then the brothers said “ that's a good decision we deserve it” so they moved to the sky very far from the village they took the duck and triggerfish
