thank you roots for what you have been for the past few week so we liked every think you did for us pt england school students. it was perfect when you showed us how to make water filters. how to make a water filters get a bottle cut half of the bottle flip over the drinking part then put some stocking then  i add some pebbles and rocks and sand then we used the yucky water to test it and it works.

at the  start of the line everyone was ready to do the race.
then the clapper slapped togther then i zoomed then joged then i went slow.
but i did not come last

Elimination tag

On week 9. We played Elimination tag but mr moran made it hard by adding balls in the game. We had 2 minutes to go and I was fast as a cheetan then i boosted away from the ball but i still got tagged. Then the winner had a terrible accident.

This athlete was lifting massive weights. She was screaming in agony while she dropped the weights.  She crumpled to the ground because the weights were very very heavy.

Today we got to move our body again.
on a cold & rainy day we needed Chicken noodle soup to warm us up. I made up this dance with my friends.

This moanday.  There was a Ned show in the hall. He talked about kenya & had some items from kenya. Then they showed us videos from there travels at kenya. You can make a difference by smiling. Smiling helps us to be happy. We learnt that people in Kenya make necklaces and bracelets. They make it with there hands. The 7 Sisters of Matariki

In a far away place that nobody dear goes,

There are 7 sisters that you might already know.

And those 7 sisters made a kite one day,

They went up a hill and the kites flew away.

Do you all want to know why they made a kite?

Well that will be easy to tell at night.

They wanted to make a kite for the new year.

Beautiful kites flying up in the air.

But wait what’s this? Look at the sky!  

Shining so bright like God’s big eye.

They look just like the sisters’ kites.

Dancing on that lovely night.

The sisters were very pleased.

And that’s the story about Matariki.

Rube Goldberg

my rube goldberg shows a brother ball pushing the Dominos so the car can be pushed down by the dominos. the pushes the lever to turn on the big fan to push the brother ball in the tunnle to get he’s baby sister then they went in a bath tub. there where two wheelchairs in the bath tub so they use them for a fast way back to there family.

Zoo Trip

Last week year 3’s and 4’s went to the zoo. We all went into groups. Then we went on  the bus to the zoo. At the zoo each group went to explore. Then we looked at animals. First red pandas second otters third the kiwis. We had some morning tea where we met the zookeeper. Then we went to learn about the birds.  After a little bit of fun then came the real fun! We went to Bug Lab. We found igools.

Rollercoaster

As I launched out of the tunnel i heard talking about superman. I heard poilce cars spuealing.
With the wind rushing past my face, i smelt gas and vomit. At the top of the big drop, i saw a nice view of looping, winding tracks. Getting off the rollercoaster, I tasted pop corn, my lunch and vomit in my mouth. Flying down the vertical drop, I felt air in my face and in mid air making me float.

Bikes
